High Waist Denim Jeans Regular Fit (Pack of 2)

The despatch team should be provided a measuring tape to check the waist Or sizes of the products. I Ordered a pack of two last Nov/Dec with 34 waist. But i received 32. I presented one each to my sons. In February, 2023 I ordered 36 size (expecting to get 34 because I got 32 when I ordered 34) but I received 38 and I had to exchange it. Today, I received it after two weeks and you know what happened? One is 36 and the other one is 38! 😂. Is this the service that customers are given?

Can u send me this same design in a regular fit (loose fitting/bigger thigh)?
